Every stainless steel griddle includes a removable cover. The cover can be used with enameled cast iron griddles as well.
The cover keeps the griddle clean and protected from the elements and supports the fabric weather cover.
In order to keep the gas components cool, the lid must be removed while the griddle is in use.
No assembly required. Simply set the cover over the griddle when the griddle is not in use.
